1. Scope of this agreement
This Terms of Agreement page explains the legal documents that govern your relationship with HostNodex when you create an account or use the service.
By checking the acceptance box during registration, you confirm that you had access to these public documents and agree that they form a binding contract between you and HostNodex.
2. Documents incorporated into the signup bundle
The HostNodex signup bundle includes all of the following public documents and incorporates them by reference.
- Terms of Agreement - this page, which explains the signup bundle and acceptance model.
- Terms of Service - general contractual rules, account duties, billing expectations, suspension rights, and liability limits.
- Service Terms - VPS-specific operating terms, lifecycle semantics, backup expectations, and provisioning boundaries.
- Acceptable Use Policy - prohibited conduct, resource fairness, abuse handling, and security obligations.
- Privacy Policy - how HostNodex collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data.
3. Service relationship
HostNodex presents and manages the customer-facing service. Certain infrastructure or operational components may be fulfilled through HostUp-aligned systems and providers, but your public agreement for HostNodex account access remains with HostNodex unless a separate written contract says otherwise.
Creating a HostNodex account is free. Ordering a VPS plan later creates a separate recurring paid service relationship governed by the same legal bundle together with the plan, price, and billing terms shown at checkout.
4. Acceptance records
To support legal defensibility, HostNodex records the version of the legal bundle accepted during registration together with the time of acceptance and related technical request metadata such as IP address and browser user agent.
Those records may be used to demonstrate what documents were available to you at signup and what version of the agreement applied when your account was created.
5. Changes to the legal bundle
HostNodex may update these documents from time to time to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The current version is always published on these public pages.
Material changes may be communicated by email, account notice, or checkout notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms to the extent allowed by law.
